Most repairs are completed the same day. Screens, batteries and charging ports typically take around 30 minutes in-clinic — you can genuinely wait with a coffee. Complex work like water damage or board-level repair can take longer, and we’ll give you an honest timeline at diagnosis. Postal repairs are turned around quickly and shipped straight back, tracked and insured.
It depends on the model. As a guide: an iPhone 15 screen repair is £169, an iPhone 16 Pro Max is £279, and older models like the iPhone 12, 11 and SE start from £89. No — diagnostics are always free, with no obligation to go ahead. You’ll know exactly what’s wrong and exactly what the repair costs before deciding anything.
Then you pay nothing. We work on a strict no fix, no fee basis — if we can’t repair your phone, there’s no charge for trying.
Yes. Every repair carries a 12-month warranty on parts and labour. If the same fault comes back within that period, we put it right at no cost. Details are on our warranty page.
Almost never. Screen replacements, battery swaps and charging port repairs are hardware jobs that don’t require access to your files. We still recommend backing up before any repair — it’s good practice with any device, especially one that’s water-damaged or won’t turn on.
