If we cannot fix the reported fault, you do not pay for the repair labour. We will always explain any diagnostic or parts costs before work begins, so there are no surprises on collection or delivery.
Yes. We can provide repair quotes, diagnostic reports and supporting documentation for insurance claims. Once your insurer has reviewed and approved your claim, we can carry out the repair and provide any additional paperwork required.
Yes. Your privacy is important to us. We won’t specifically wipe your device for hardware repairs, but we do always recommend maintaining live back-ups. Our technicians follow strict data-handling procedures and only access what is needed to complete your repair. Plus, whilst we would love to laugh at your silly photos, we don’t really have the time.
